Its great that we get a lot of quotes / enquiries about our landscaping and driveway / patio / block paving services. There is a huge variety of questions we get asked and here is a good example of what we get asked to prove that there is no silly questions and rest assured once we visit we will be able to show you / demonstrate to you what will be your best option to make your house driveway / garden or patio look great for years to come, so here are some example questions that our Lancashire customers could have asked at the start of the quote / enquiry process.
I’d like to do paving slabs on my garden. Is it possible to give me a quote, I really like the posh shiny ones, do you do the dull ones also is there a difference in cost?
I would like part of my front garden and existing drive block paved with the rest laid with gravel or shingle. There is a sewer running down the drive with at least one cover The services like electric, water & gas also run along the driveway. There is a conifer hedge & brick running round the boundary. The hedge will be removed. The level of the front garden needs to be lowered, we are in Rochdale, close to you I think
I was wondering if you could give me an estimate quote and approximate lead time for the above job. I have a small patio area in my back garden, about 12 square meters, laid with stone paving slabs. I would like to replace these and extend the patio area to about 21 square metres using good quality Porcelain paving slabs.
We’re looking to turn part of our front garden into a resin bound driveway with a bit of landscaping. Hoping you will be able to provide us with a quotation. We are in Haslingden, believe you are in the same village.
Back garden paved & shed put up with a base in Rochdale please, how much will it be?
Further to your quotation could you please confirm on your company’s headed paper your your revised price of and the block paving allows for tumbled Marshalls Tegula blocks as others priced for with colour to be agreed, the paving blocks to lay on 25mm of screeded sharp sand, then sweep kiln dried sand into the joints and finish off using a resin based sealant, also supply and fit a new manhole cover and a aco drainage across the front gate, as agreed no deposits required with full payment made on satisfaction on completion, also you offer a guarantee, if you agree to all above what be your early start date to carry out the work.
Thank you for the quote. We also discussed replacing 12 fence post and steps from both the kitchen and conservatory doors and the removal of all the debris left from my deck removal. Could you please make sure that is listed in the quote. Thank you for your help and fast response to my enquiry.
Found your website and we are close to you in Lancashire. Looking to extend our dropped kerb and wondered if your interested in looking at this and coming to quote? we are in Rochdale
hi there please could you get in touch with me regarding giving me a quote for some work on path and patio area and a base for a summer house look forward to hearing from you
Thank you for the quote provided for the work needed in both areas. I do have one question, the concrete slab that is already there, would you be laying slabs on that or does the concrete need to be broken down?
We had a site visit this morning for a quote to tarmac main driveway (and additional parking area). Sending this message so you have our email for the quote. I have had other quotes that have said the slab doesn’t need to be broken down, the slabs would still fit below the damp course and obviously that makes quite a difference to the price. I’m just making sure I get the best price possible and obviously not paying for something that doesn’t need doing.
